By booking any Kaamwale cleaning service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. Kaamwale reserves the right to modify these terms at any time with notice on our website.
Kaamwale currently offers cleaning services exclusively — Home Cleaning, Office Cleaning and Society Cleaning. All other service categories displayed in previous communications are not currently active.
Bookings must be made at least 4 hours in advance. A confirmed booking time may be adjusted by up to 30 minutes due to operational requirements. You will be notified via SMS/call of any schedule changes.
All payments are due at or before service delivery. We accept UPI, debit/credit card, net banking and cash on delivery. Prices include all applicable GST.
Free cancellation up to 2 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations within 2 hours incur a 20% charge. No-shows are charged in full.
You must ensure the premises are accessible at the scheduled time. Please secure pets and valuables before our team arrives. You are responsible for providing water and electricity access for cleaning equipment.
Our liability is limited to the service charge paid. We carry insurance for accidental property damage — report any damage within 24 hours of service completion.
If you are not satisfied with the cleaning quality, notify us within 24 hours and we will redo the service at no additional charge or issue a full refund.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
